The Prime Minister has announced a £30 million boost to Start-Up Loans, which will help create thousands of new businesses and help young people find jobs.New figures show that in the first three months of the scheme, over £1.5 million worth of loans have already been approved, helping nearly 500 new businesses get off the ground. London has received 34 per cent of the loans awarded so far.
New research has revealed that Conservatives in Government are cutting income tax for 41,366 people in Chelsea & Fulham in 2013. In fact, this April, the Government will lift a further 1,708 local people out of tax altogether.

This week, the cancellation of Labour’s fuel duty rise was put into law. It follows George Osborne’s announcement that the Government would cancel the rise scheduled for January 2013.
