News Bulletin 662: Earl's Court plans revealed

Earl's Court plans

Dear Resident,

I hope you are well!

The Earl’s Court Development plans are now available and yesterday I visited the new Conversation Corner on Lillie Road to see the Masterplan for the Earl’s Court Development.

At last, progress is being made - but the plans show buildings as high as 38 storeys. The development of the Earl’s Court site is going to be one of the biggest developments in London and will impact our local area immensely. The huge plot itself is around 40 acres. Some of the proposed buildings will be taller than the neighbouring Empress State Building on Lillie Road, already one of the tallest buildings in London, and the tallest in our area.

I encourage everyone to:

  • Complete my Residents Survey to tell me what your priorities are for this development.
  • Visit the Conversation Corner on Lillie Road to look at the plans on public display.

Read on for more information below.

Local voices must be heard on this development!

Best wishes,
Greg Hands

News Bulletin 665: King's Road News for residents

Monday, 20 March, 2023

It was a pleasure to meet with the King’s Road Partnership and to visit businesses along the King’s Road. It is important for London’s retail and restaurant sectors to remain internationally competitive and the King’s Road Partnership, with support from the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, have worked intensively to promote this vibrant business environment.
