Greg urges new Chancellor to review Stamp Duty

Chelsea and Fulham MP Greg Hands has urged the new Chancellor of the Exchequer, Sajid Javid, to review the Government's policy on Stamp Duty. This follows on from previous representations and articles that Greg has made on the issue, both in national newspapers and in Parliament.
