Last week, Greg visited Barcelona for the Green Hydrogen Global Assembly, where he heard from the former Australian PM, Malcolm Turnbull, and Spanish Minister, Teresa Ribera, on the importance of hydrogen in the fight against climate change.
This week, Greg visited Anglesey as Minister for Energy, Clean Growth and Climate Change. First stop on his tour was Morlais Energy, a project by Menter Môn, which will generate clean, green, low carbon energy.
On 20th April 2022, Greg Hands MP responded to COP26 Oral Questions. These included a question from the MP for Kensington, Felicity Buchan, about North Sea oil and gas and the importance of ensuring the move away from this industry is a transition rather than a sudden extinction.
