Thanks to boundary changes, the constituency of Chelsea and Fulham is a new one. Before the May 2010 election, Greg was MP for the overlapping constituency of Hammersmith and Fulham. It's home to many landmarks and famous faces, including the Premiership football grounds of Stamford Bridge and Craven Cottage and more than 66,000 people. New figures this week have shown that more than 5,000 children have been placed in loving, stable homes across Britain in the last 12 months – an increase of 26 per cent on the previous year.

Greg Hands MP has welcomed new figures showing 765 fewer people are claiming Jobseeker’s Allowance in Chelsea and Fulham since 2010, a 40% drop. Over half of the new jobs came in the last year: since September 2013 in Chelsea and Fulham there have been 367 fewer people unemployed, a fall of 24%.  This means more people in work, with the security of a regular job and a brighter future ahead of them.

Chelsea and Fulham MP, Greg Hands, has met former Jamaican Prime Minister and current Leader of the Jamaican Labour Party, Andrew Holness, to discuss the Conservative led Government’s cuts to the Caribbean, Indian and Australasian bands of Air Passenger Duty (APD).
