Thanks to boundary changes, the constituency of Chelsea and Fulham is a new one. Before the May 2010 election, Greg was MP for the overlapping constituency of Hammersmith and Fulham. It's home to many landmarks and famous faces, including the Premiership football grounds of Stamford Bridge and Craven Cottage and more than 66,000 people. Local MP, Greg Hands, has welcomed new figures showing that 345 fewer people are relying on Jobseeker’s Allowance in Chelsea and Fulham, compared to this time last year. Since 2010, the number of local people on unemployment benefits is down by 693– a 36% drop. Additionally, the number of people in work in London as a whole is up by 399,000 since 2010.

The new free school Fulham Boys School will open, after all, after interventions by London Mayor Boris Johnson, Greg Hands MP, and Lord Nash, the Schools Minister. Following meetings with Greg Hands MP, Lord Nash has phoned Greg to confirm the happy news.
