Fulham residents say NO to super sewer

Fulham residents delivered more than 2,500 consultation responses to Thames Water last week making it clear that the community is united in its opposition to Carnwath Road being used as the main west London super sewer construction site.

Thanks to boundary changes, the constituency of Chelsea and Fulham is a new one. Before the May 2010 election, Greg was MP for the overlapping constituency of Hammersmith and Fulham. It's home to many landmarks and famous faces, including the Premiership football grounds of Stamford Bridge and Craven Cottage and more than 66,000 people. The Boris budget – your council tax cut

The Mayor of London’s budget for 2012/13 was passed at the final vote last week. Boris Johnson’s budget included the unprecedented cut in the Mayor’s share of council tax, known as the precept, which he had already frozen for the previous three years. Yet despite the council tax cut, every one of Labour’s assembly members refused to support it.

Prior to entering Parliament, I was a Fulham Councillor for Eel Brook Ward from 1998 to 2006, and served as Leader of the Conservative Group on Hammersmith and Fulham Council. I have lived in Fulham since 1990.

Monitor crime on your street at police.uk

Greg Hands M.P. has welcomed upgrades to the police.uk website. A series of improvements are giving the public an even more detailed picture of crime and anti-social behaviour in our local streets.

The website now records all incidents of crime and antisocial behaviour at train stations and on railway networks. Incidents occurring at or near significant local sites like shopping areas, nightclubs, parks, airports, universities, car parks and hospitals will be added in the coming months.
